All plant and equipment is offered under our 'General Conditions for
the  Hiring  of Plant'  which  are  based  on the contractors  Plant
Association form of contract, copies of which are available on request.
With operated plant, there is a minimum hire period of 8 hours, and
operators' time in excess of 8 hour day, 5 day week, will be charged
at overtime rates. All oils and fuels will be supplied by us.
The Hirer is responsible for all fuels and oils for plant supplied
without an operator. Sharpening or breakages of all points, chisels, saw-blades and
ancillary items are chargeable. The cost of damage, punctures and
missing items will be debited to the Hirer's account.

The Hirer is responsible for all insurance and shall indemnify
the Plant owners against all or any claims for loss, damage,
costs and charges in connection therewith, and including
damage to underground services.

A cleaning charge will be made where necessary.
A deposit is required on all Non-Account Hires.
Cash, cheque, Access & Visa accepted, ID required.
Prices exclude VAT.
Special long period hire rates available.
This list supersedes all previous lists.
Prices are subject to alteration without prior notice.
CPA model conditions apply on all items.
Transport charged atappropriate rates.
No minimum charge.
Gas Oil sold is for non-road use.
